Sometimes you may receive an error or failure message on screen when trying to activate. The steps below will assist you.

If you are using a compatible network, but still receive an error screen, please try the following steps:
- Firstly, ensure you are dialling the number correctly, including all symbols given.
- Try dialling ##002# and see if you still receive an error message, if the screen now says succeeded, try dialling the original activation number again now.
- If using an iPhone try updating the network settings - just go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and complete it. Once done try dialling the activation number again.
If you still receive an error or failed message it may be that your network provider is restricting your use of call forwarding; as long as you are using a compatible network option you should contact your network and ask them to switch call forwarding on.
