Currently we only accept UK customers - our service will not work for customers based in other countries.
You can activate our service on pretty much any make/model of mobile phone, however activation is limited to certain networks:
Contract Based Networks (including sim only plans):
Pay As You Go Networks:
- Three - (pay as you go credit or inclusive minutes required)
- GiffGaff - (pay as you go credit required)
Our service should work on most contract based networks as long as your price plan supports conditional call forwarding.
At the present time the following networks are not supported:
- Asda Mobile
- Virgin Mobile
- Lyca Mobile
- Tesco Mobile
- Sky Mobile
(*) If using the EE network please refer to https://www.showmethenumber.co.uk/blog/ee-network-issues-2018/ prior to signing up, as EE has a known compatibility issue.
If your network is not listed, we suggest checking that call forwarding is available from your network provider, or contact us prior to signing up.
