The service seems to have stopped working on my phone

Occasionally an update to your phone, or a carrier update from your network can reset the diverts on your mobile which means rejecting a withheld call won't send it into our system for unmasking.

Firstly, you can check the divert is still active by dialling *#67# - if the divert is still active you will see a screen with an 0330 number at the top.

If the screen does not show 0330 at the top, you can re-enable our system by dialling the activation code in your original signup email and text message.

If the divert is still in place, but you are not receiving our text alerts please contact us for further assistance.

We'd suggest carrying out a test call to your mobile once a month to check the divert is still active.
